June meeting

Many of us had quite the eventful adventure in getting into the library today!  We have learned that when Franklin Township has their Household Hazardous Waste Day collection in the same municipal complex as the library, it can take up to 45 minutes just to get down the road and into the parking lot. 😩.  Add in the pouring rain this morning, and our June lace meeting will be one to remember.  Nevertheless, the ones who made it enjoyed the company and companionship of lace today.  Here's a sampling of what was on our pillows today.

We meet every third Saturday of the month for a day of lacing and conversation. (However, we have already decided that if Household Hazardous Waste Day collection occurs on a third Saturday next year,  we definitely need to switch dates!)  We are a group of friendly lacemakers with a range of experience - we are lucky enough to have a professional instructor to teach the beginners and work with the experienced.  Anyone is welcome to join us!  The room we meet in at the library is large with lots of light.  Feel free to email us at cranberrylacers@gmail.com for more information.

Cranberry Lacers has been a chartered chapter group of IOLI for 25 years.
